Student-at-Law
Luke is a proud born and raised Edmontonian and graduated from Archbishop MacDonald High School in 2010. He then completed his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree, majoring in philosophy, from the University of Alberta in 2015. Luke then went on to pursue a master’s in philosophy, at the University of Western Ontario, and obtained his Master’s Degree in 2018.
Following his education, Luke came back home to Edmonton and worked at his family’s business, Revolution Cycle. Eventually, rather than continue in academia, Luke decided that his talents would be better suited in a legal career and began his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta in 2023. Throughout law school, Luke had the opportunity to volunteer for student legal services’ criminal law project. Luke also completed a focused research project dedicated to climate change policy where he was able to work closely with the non-profit, Alberta Native Plant Council. Amongst his numerous legal interests, Luke found that the area of family law came very naturally to him and decided that starting off his legal career in this practice area would serve him well, so he is very keen on becoming part of Chadi & Ibrahim’s growing family law team.
Luke grew up in a bike shop, so he grew up exploring the mountain bike trails in Edmonton’s River Valley, and he continues to do so while outside of the office. In the winter, he takes full advantage of Albertas slopes and snowboards whenever he gets the chance.
